Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and EU GDPR, you have significant rights regarding your personal data. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them at GraphicTees UK.

Your Rights Under UK/EU GDPR

  • Right of Access (Article 15): You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Subject Access Request).
  • Right to Rectification (Article 16): You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to Erasure (Article 17): Also known as the 'right to be forgotten', you can ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Restriction (Article 18): You can ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to Data Portability (Article 20): You can ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object (Article 21): You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Contact us via our Contact page. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.

EU residents may also contact their local Data Protection Authority.
